I joined the organization as an intern in 2023, getting involved in the work of the Communication & Media Relations section of the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna. Showcasing my skills, I managed to get a promotion, helping the team to cover the digital marketing, photography and videography-related work of a colleague who went on a prolonged sick leave.
